The Jetprime hub has been designed to increase the rigidity and strength of the original rear hub，which often runs into breakage or premature wear of the bearings.
Jetprime engineers have designed and developed a hub machined from solid，with a weight very close to the original，using avional as material，they have managed to obtain a tenacity much higher than the casting material and a good resistance to bending.
Another problem that often occurs is premature wear of the bearings due to incorrect tightening of the fixing screws on the swingarm.
With the Jetprime hub，you can safely tighten the screws at 40nm without the slightest doubt of causing damage to the bearings，as the avional structure is made so that it is incompressible.
The hub has inside，a roller bearing on the sprocket side and 2 high-performance ball bearings on the rim side，this modification greatly increases its resistance to wear and reduces the flexion of the wheel pin at strong inclinations.
A special grease resistant to high temperatures is used for its lubrication.
