Is our showcase of what SMR Company is about. We have the know how and technology to build a CNC race motor.
SMR CNC Crankcase will take 3 complete days to complete on one CNC Machine. It is truly a spectatlor piece of engine product. It is make from aluminum 6061 and mill out of 2 pieces of metal that weight over 10kg each.
SMR CNC Crankcase is basically a Honda bottom end match with a Yamaha top end. In Taiwan my country the Yamaha BWS， Yamaha Cygnus， + many more Yamaha 125 all uses the same Yamaha motor. Due to this reason the Aftermarket Cylinder + Cylinder Head for these Yamaha 125cc bikes are readily available in many different prices and cc sizes from 125cc all the way up to 200cc+ From Single Cam to Twin cam， from 2V to 4V. Many type of cylinder head we can match with our current SMR CNC crankcase as we have design our CNC Crankcase to be match with the Yamaha Cylinder Head from the Yamaha 125cc bikes.
In Europe and America， Honda Monkey Customers usually skip buying the expensive Japanese motor and they source a motor from an old motorcycle in Thailand call the Honda Nice 110cc. The Honda Nice 110cc motor is a direct fitment onto the Honda Monkey bike without any modification needed and it is very cheap and reliable.
This Honda Nice Motor is very popular with the 4Mini and Honda Monkey crowd in Europe so we basically design our SMR CNC Crankcase to be able to use all the Honda Nice Motor 110cc bottom end part， (Clutch， Stator System， Gearbox and wiring harness). For customer who already own Honda Nice 110cc Motor， all they would have to buy from us is the SMR CNC Crankshaft， SMR CNC Crankcase and they will be able to run Yamaha Cylinder Heads that are widely available from 125-200cc+ and from 4V to 2V and from Single Cam to Twin Cam DOHC.
This 125-200cc Race Spec SMR CNC crankcase will be able to produce over 30 rear wheel hp when match with the correct 200cc 66mm cylinder and DOHC Head.
For Monkey bike the biggest motor now from Japan is only 148cc with about 16-17hp rear wheel hp and it is far from our race spec 200cc 30rear wheel hp+ motor.
This will be the best of the best and many racing classes using this Honda Motor can swap to our SMR CNC crankcase and Yamaha topend setup as our motor are widely available from 125-200cc. Just tell us a cc size between 125-200cc they need and we can find them the cylinder to match the size they will need for their race.
We have SMR CNC Dry Clutch Kit， SMR CNC Stator Cover to match this motor as an on top option. This will be for customer who want only the best and who most importantly can afford a complete CNC motor. We decide to sell this motor as upgrade parts for Honda Nice customers because we know that price for the complete motor will be very high so it is best that we sell it as part and allow customer to use 50% of the motor they have now and to match the other 50% with our SMR pacakge to complete their SMR CNC Race motor. This way it will be much more affordable.
